By creating an account or using NowBall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 13 years old to use NowBall. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. NowBall is intended for recreational sports use only.
You agree to use NowBall respectfully and responsibly. You must not: • Create fake games or mislead other players • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users • Use the app for any illegal purpose • Share another user's personal information without consent • Create multiple accounts or impersonate others Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
NowBall is a platform that helps organize sports games between users. We are not responsible for: • What happens during any game or meetup organized through the app • Physical injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur at games • The conduct of other players before, during, or after a game • The condition or safety of any venue Participation in sports activities involves inherent physical risks. By using NowBall, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Players who register for a game and do not attend without cancelling are considered no-shows. Repeated no-shows (2 consecutive) result in a warning. Three consecutive no-shows result in a temporary suspension from joining new games for 90 hours. This policy exists to maintain fairness for all community members.
You are responsible for any content you submit through the app, including chat messages, profile information, and game descriptions. You grant NowBall a non-exclusive license to display this content within the app.
The NowBall app, its design, logo, and all content created by NowBall are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
NowBall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that games listed will actually take place.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NowBall and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or participation in games organized through it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
