When you register for NowBall, we collect information you provide directly to us, including your first name, last name, date of birth, and sports preferences. We do not collect your email address in your public profile. We also automatically collect certain information when you use the app, including device identifiers (for push notifications), usage data, and game activity (games created, joined, and attended).
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the NowBall app • Match you with games in your preferred cities • Send you notifications about new games and game updates • Display your sports statistics and reliability score to other players • Maintain a safe and trustworthy community
Your public profile — including your first name, last name, sports, cities, rating, and game statistics — is visible to other registered users of the app. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with Firebase (Google) as our backend infrastructure provider, solely for the purpose of operating the service.
With your permission, we send push notifications to inform you of new games in your area, game changes, and other relevant activity. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
NowBall is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has registered, please contact us immediately.
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981) and its regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
